The first two chart images show the track for the Blessing of the Fishing Fleet from 1:30 to 3:30 this afternoon. The Maptech Track was set to plot an 'x' every 30 seconds. You can see haw long it took to make the loop and where we were moving faster or slower.

Schooner Ernestina led the Parade counter-clockwise around the harbor, passing in from of the reviewing stand at the end of State Pier to be blessed. The first image shows the ship just after passing the east face of the peir close-on. The second image shows our arrival back at Tonnessen Park after holding in place off the pier while the fishing fleet passed.

The third chart image shows part of our track for an evening fireworks sail with the New Bedford Standard Times Newspaper aboard. The position of the ship shown is at anchor for fireworks sent up from Palmer's Island at the Hurricane Dike to our south.
