Portland to Gloucester This
is the track of the final sail from Manchester
Harbor to Gloucester.
On friday morning all hands awoke to have
their last delicious Laurie breakfast. The
weather continued to be beautiful as par for the
week. Soon after dishes were done, we
turned to with elbow grease, TLC and Simple Green
in hand for a thorough field day. As
chores were done and the boat left spotless,
sadly we raised the anchor and headed for
Gloucester. A job well done was rewarded
with certificates of seamanship, pictures and
thank you's before our students headed for land
to reunite with their classmates and board the
buses for home.
