The New Bedford State Pier and the adjacent Historic District is shown to the right with Schooner Ernestina alongside at Tonnessen Park with the snow falling on the deck.

Inette Rex, Steve Swift (engine room maintenance) and Fred Sterner (new spar construction) are working on projects both aboard the ship and ashore in the shed in the southwest corner facility on the State Pier.

Meanwhile, we are busy with a year-end appeal, an upcoming February auction, grant writing and plenty of planning for next year going on at the offices at the corner of Elm and Water Streets.
