Dighton Middle School
9am-1pm

Tuesday, June 10 & Wednesday, June 11, 2003

On June 10th and 11th we were joined by the Dighton Middle School 7th grade classes. Students at bow watch relay crucial information about other vessels and navigational aids back to the captain and helmsperson. Students at the helm steer Ernestina with the responsibility of safely guiding the ship through traffic in the Buzzards Bay. Other students study marine science, history and life aboard a 19th century schooner.

Program Coordinators: Rhonda Moniz
Captain: Willi Bank
