Student Report:
First we
cleaned the soles and the heads on the boat. Then
after breakfast, we dropped a large net off the
back of the boat to do an otter trawl. We brought
up all sorts of interesting creatures, like crabs
and snails. We picked up a skate, which is a
shark related bottom dweller. Afterwards, we had
some knot tying class and had to clean the
dishes. Then we had lunch. Afterwards we had a
shark class and drew a shark on the dry erase
board. We saw sharks teeth. Derek caught a
comb jelly, and then caught about 12 more.
