Day 3
For Sunday, we got up at 0600, had breakfast and
then Field Day on deck and in the holds. After
cleaning the ship, we got underway and set an
otter trawl off Ricketsons Point. A very diverse
catch was hauled aboard.We
then set sail, and adventured into Buzzards Bay.
We tacked with the SSV Schooner Westward after
Lunch.
The final leg was a sail in the
entrance channel to New Bedford and return to the
State Pier by 1600
